Haulage

Biker Contracts is well known throughout the North for its haulage division. In the 80’s, A W Biker as the division was then known, was the main contracted haulier of limestone for steel production on Teeside, and also hauled coal to power stations, potash & pig iron amongst other materials.

At present Biker Contracts specialises in the transportation of aggregates for concrete production, construction, utilities, block production and for private use all over the North of England using a modern fleet of 44 ton artics, 32 ton 8 wheeled tippers, 6 wheeled tippers and 6m3 mixer wagons.

Biker Contracts also has a specialist fleet of 6 & 8-wheeled Grab-wagons that are contracted out to Utilities Companies and for use within the construction division but can also be used for private hire.

Another arm to the haulage division is involved in the removal & disposal of inert waste, allied with the Waste Management division very competitive prices can be offered for load, haul and tip services and removal of bulk excavations.

Low-loader transport is also available.

All of the haulage fleet are fully supported by our modern garage facilities and are serviced and inspected by highly qualified fitters on a regular basis.
